Hearst Endowment for Teachers for a New Era Program

The William Randolph Hearst Foundation created the Teachers for a New Era endowment in 2004. The Hearst Endowment for Teachers for a New Era Program sustains the innovative work of faculty in the Curry School of Education and the College of Arts & Sciences, specifically the quantitative research regarding teacher preparation, for those areas most needed by schools and in subjects where there are teaching shortages.
